| My consultations are painless and fun. During your one-on-one consultation, we will sit down and talk about what you are looking for in terms of your health and fitness goals. Should you decide to retain Toned Bodies to assist you in achieving your personal best, you will sign a few simple forms and complete four easy physical evaluations. I administer these physical evaluations so that I can have a complete understanding of your current fitness level and design a workout program tailored to quickly, safely and efficiently get you to your goals. I will take a "before" picture* of you, so when you achieve your fitness goals, you will have a point of reference to look back upon to see your progress. The final step will be scheduling your first personal training session on a date and time that's CONVENIENT for you! It's that easy! |

| I develop workouts that are tailored to fit the needs of each client. No two women are the same, and neither are my workouts. Since I specialize in training women exclusively, I understand the female body and its metabolism. As a result, this knowledge allows me to formulate the necessary steps to put you on the right path. Depending upon your age, current fitness level and medical history, I will customize a workout plan FOR YOU to assist in reaching your goals. I am motivating, friendly and excited to help you succeed! I will take all the guesswork out of exercising and I'll give you challenging goal-focused workouts. All you need to do is dress in comfortable workout clothing, have some water nearby and be ready to TONE THAT BODY! |

| Bridal Boot Camp: (1 Hour) |
The question has been asked, the parents have been informed…the WEDDING IS ON!! The number one thing on your mind? To look fabulous on your wedding day! Bridal Boot Camp is designed to help each and every bride - and her bridal party - to feel healthy, confident and beautiful on the big day. Bridal Boot Camp isn't just for the lucky bride - it's also for the mothers of the happy couple, maid/matron-of-honor, bridesmaids, etc. It's a fun way to spend time with the women who matter most to you, while everyone slims down, tones up and has a blast preparing for the wedding!!

| Nutrition & Meal Planning Sessions: (30 minutes) |
| Exercise is only half the battle. Good exercise and poor eating can be a recipe for frustration which is why I focus on both the intake (consumption) as well as output (exercise). After your workouts, we will sit down and discuss your nutrition/dietary needs as well as plan your meals for the upcoming week. I will coach you in selecting the correct foods to include in your meals as well as provide you guidance in food substitutes if you have dietary restrictions (i.e.: lactose intolerance, etc.). Each meal will be healthy, properly balanced and customized to fit your lifestyle. Again, the meals are planned just for YOU to assist in obtaining YOUR health and fitness goals. During this time, we will have open dialogue in which you may ask questions and share your concerns/struggles/victories. Together, we will re-assess your plan to meet your goals for the upcoming week! |

| Relax & Rejuvenate Sessions: (1 hour) |
| Does your life, with commitments and responsibilities, have you feeling stressed, anxious, irritable, tired or tight? Do you have pain in your neck, shoulders, back, hips, etc.? If so, you definitely need a Relax & Rejuvenate Session! Imagine feeling all of your aches, pains and tension melt away during a 60-minute relaxation and stretching session. During the session, I'll customize and guide you through breathing techniques to relax your mind as we passively and gently stretch your muscles and release your tension. You will become relaxed and rejuvenated as your stress and tension dissolves. Relaxation and stretching has been known to help the following: chronic muscle pain, stress, tension, menstrual pain, depression, anxiety, insomnia and much, much more! |
